Welcoming a New Member to the Luminary Team!

Please join us in welcoming the newest member of the Luminary team, Lee Fuhr!

Lee comes to us all the way from Maryland, where she was born and raised by a family of teachers, one English teacher and one Music teacher. Lee has been a singer her entire life and has spent the last 16 years working part time with The Frederick Children’s Chorus, a non-profit organization her Mom founded in 1985. Lee’s degree in Business and Computer Information Systems from Towson University in Baltimore, Maryland, served her well as the Executive Director of the non-profit, and her background as a musician allowed her to conduct and teach children as well, something she is truly passionate about.

Lee joined the Fort Wayne community a year ago and she has fallen in love with our downtown district as well as our farmland and proximity to major intersections like Indy and Chicago. To Lee, a new adventure is always a reason to celebrate, and Lee has embraced this adventure with great enthusiasm. Lee worked professionally in accounting, finance and data analysis before taking several years off to be home with her 4 children. She brings a multitude of experiences to Luminary including those much-needed financial data analysis skills, as well as video editing, blog and copy writing and editing, the education of young people, and so much more. She is a true team player, and she can’t wait to meet each of you, enjoy a chat, and get to know you and your financial goals as she grows with the Luminary team.
